The Consumer Confidence Index is one of the key economic indicators for Las Vegas. I guarantee you every CEO in town looks at it and plans accordingly.

This uptick is good, but we'll need more to get back to normal, whatever "normal" is the Days of Obama.

Crazy people may now enter comments about how it is really all GWB's fault.
