Harmony Homes offers incentives

According to Robb Beville, division president of Harmony Homes, the builder offers an overall home package.

"We at Harmony Homes focus a lot of our attention on offering buyers overall value in what we call value proposition. The value proposition of a home is the overall benefits of buying a particular home within a particular neighborhood," Beville said.

"Our 15 neighborhoods are priced from the $90,000s and offer buyers just about everything that they could need. We offer single-story and two-story houses ranging from 1,300 to over 4,000 square feet and houses with two to five bedrooms and one-car, two-car or three-car garages."

According to Beville, when qualified buyers combine a home's per-square-foot cost with low interest rates and the limited-time Live in Perfect Harmony incentives, their monthly mortgage payments may be comparable to and possibly lower than the cost of rent.

"At Harmony Homes, qualified buyers can buy a brand-new home with a monthly payment that is less than rent. We have houses on the east side of town starting at $60 a square foot and homes in the north at $60 to $70 per square foot," Beville said.

"And through our Live in Perfect Harmony program, we are offering qualified buyers 2½ percent toward closing costs as well as incentives up to $12,500, which lower the upfront costs of buying a brand-new home."

The Living in Perfect Harmony incentives are available at all 15 of the builder's neighborhoods.

The gated Bella Fiore neighborhood at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson features two single-story and one two-story floor plans, measuring 2,307 and 3,959 square feet and priced from the $290,000s.

Las Rosas, Summit at Sunrise Highlands and Talus at Sunrise Highlands in the eastern portion of the valley offer single- and two-story designs that range from 1,504 to 3,754 square feet, feature with as many as five bedrooms and are priced from the $90,000s.

Harmony Homes is constructing three neighborhoods in the southwestern valley. Located within the Summerlin master-planned community is Ladera Terrace, two-story homes range from 2,320 to 2,622 square feet and priced from the mid-$240,000s. In the Mountain's Edge master-planned community, the Alpian Meadows and Rivendell neighborhoods offer residences with 2,735 to 4,035 square feet and priced from the $230,000s.

The gated Stone Haven neighborhood in the southern valley features five floor plans ranging from 1,312 to 1,667 square feet and priced from the $140,000s.

In the northwestern valley, homes within the Harmony Heights and Harmony Springs neighborhoods measure from 1,616 to 2,708 square feet and are priced from the $150,000s.

Five neighborhoods are offered in North Las Vegas -- Harmony Pointe, Harmony Sands, Avalon at Vista Cielo, Capistrano at Vista Cielo, and Laguna at Vista Cielo. Homes range from 1,462 to 3,134 square feet and are priced from the $120,000s.
