Harmony unveils new prices for Valencia Terrace
Harmony Homes unveiled its limited-time introductory prices starting as low as $60 per square foot during the Oct. 8-9 grand opening of its new Valencia Terrace neighborhood in the eastern valley.
Valencia Terrace is located across from the public Desert Pines Golf Club near the intersection of Bonanza and Pecos roads and features two-story homes ranging from 2,107 to 2,287 square feet and priced from the $125,990.
"By choosing a brand-new home at Valencia Terrace instead of a used home, you won't end up sinking a ton of extra money into the home. There is no need to replace the flooring, to buy appliances or to even repaint the freshly painted walls like you will have to do with a foreclosure," said Geoff Gorman, vice president of sales for Harmony Homes
"Plus, you get a piece of mind when you buy a brand-new home. Everything in your home is new with manufacturer warranties, and Harmony Homes offers a 10-year structural warranty and one-year warranty that covers fit and finish.
"And right now for a limited time, if you use one of our preferred lenders, Harmony Homes will pay up to 2 percent of your closing costs, allowing you to save in your up-front, out-of-pocket costs. Harmony Homes and Valencia Terrace are definitely a better alternative for today's home buyers," Gorman said.
Another advantage is that homes can be ready for move-in within 75 days of contract and sometimes in less time. Gorman said that timely closings and move-ins are less likely among purchases of foreclosed homes following last week's announcement of a major nationwide lenders' moratorium on foreclosure proceedings and sales.
The neighborhood features three two-story designs.
Priced from $125,990, the 2,107-square-foot Residence One features a great-room design, three bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garage. An optional fourth bedroom or master retreat may be chosen in lieu of a loft.
Residence Two features a great room, four bedrooms, 2½ baths, loft, two-car garage and options for a super loft, fifth bedroom or master retreat. The 2,201-square-foot design is priced from $131,990.
Residence Three measures 2,287 square feet and is priced from $136,990. The plan includes four bedrooms, 2½ baths, separate living and family rooms, a loft and two-car garage. Design options include fifth or sixth bedrooms, a third full-bath or master retreat.
The neighborhood is located near the Desert Pines Golf Club and Desert Pines High School and offers access to shopping, parks, entertainment and Interstate 515/U.S. Highway 93/U.S. Highway 95.
To visit the Valencia Terrace sales office at 3608 Asbury Hill Ave., take I-515/US 93/US 95 to Eastern Avenue and head north. Turn right on Bonanza and proceed to Pecos. Turn right on Pecos and then take the first left on Asbury Hill Avenue.
The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
Harmony Homes is locally owned and operated by a builder with more than 20 years of experience. The builder offers 17 additional neighborhood located throughout the valley, with single- and two-story homes ranging from 1,312 to more than 4,000 square feet and priced from the $90,000s.
