Harmony’s The Fields at Aliante features built-to-suit homes

According to sales agent Gyorgyi Grimes, Harmony Homes has seen a surge in home buyers looking to purchase a build-to-suit home at The Fields at Aliante neighborhood with its release of cul-de-sac and oversized home sites.

"The Fields at Aliante is a great neighborhood that offers five diverse floor plans that can be personalized to each buyer's needs, including some along cul-de-sacs," Grimes said. "Some lots are oversized with up to 15,000 square feet. After selecting a home site, buyers can choose from among our five floor plans along with all of the design options and we will build the home just the way they want."

Five home designs measuring from 2,227 to 3,192 square feet are featured at the neighborhood, which is located within the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas. Priced from $199,990, the homes offer three to five bedrooms, 2½ baths, granite kitchen countertops, and two- or three-car garages. Each home is Energy Star certified for energy efficient features.

"Harmony Homes offers trendy floor plans at The Fields. Space is utilized very efficiently and focus is on large closets, large living areas and large kitchens that families value the most," Grimes said.

"Residence Four is our featured floor plan with 2,447 square feet and up to five bedrooms. The space itself is just beautifully engineered with 9-foot ceilings upstairs and downstairs and the home seems much larger than it is," Grimes said. "A gourmet kitchen is included in this floor plan, with a wall stove, cook top and granite countertops. Plus there are other options including a sports car garage option."

Grimes said home shoppers have commented on the courtyard entrance designs of the neighborhood's 2,227-square-foot Residence One and its 2,358-square-foot Residence Three plan.

"Homes with courtyard entrances are very popular right now because they can be a warm and inviting outdoor space," she said. "With a courtyard, your friends and family enter your home through a cozy, personalized space. It can be really pretty, with maybe a table or a fire pit outside creating a nice conversation area."

In addition to the courtyard entrance, both the Residence One and Residence Three plans feature three bedrooms, an optional fourth bedroom in lieu of a den, 2½ baths and optional patio.

The 2,311-square-foot Residence Two design features three bedrooms, an optional fourth bedroom in lieu of a loft, 2½ baths, an island kitchen overlooking a great room and two-car garage.

Residence Five measures 3,192 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, a great room and separate dining room. Design options include a fifth bedroom, extended master suite, third-car garage or a casita with a full bath.

"In addition to viewing our floor plans, buyers can start the mortgage prequalification process at our sales office," Grimes said. "From the time your loan is approved, we can have the keys in your hands in 60 to 75 days."

Residents of The Fields have access to the amenities of the Aliante master-planned community. Nearby are several parks such as the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, Deer Springs Park, Aviary Parks and linear parks, in addition to retail, dining, schools, a public library and gaming. Residents may also access the public Aliante Golf Club, which is located near Aliante Station Hotel and Casino and a few blocks from The Fields neighborhood.

To visit The Fields, take Interstate 215 north to Aliante Parkway. Head north on Aliante and turn left on Elkhorn Road and then another left into The Fields neighborhood.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
