Harmony’s Vista Cielo offers financial incentives

Homebuyers searching for a "good deal" in today's new-home market will discover opportunities to help lower the out-of-pocket expenses typically associated with the purchase of a brand-new home in the Capistrano, Laguna and Avalon neighborhoods by Harmony Homes, all located within the Vista Cielo community in North Las Vegas.

Homebuyers can receive an incentive credit with each home purchase, valued at $12,500 at the Capistrano neighborhood and at $15,000 at Laguna and Avalon.

Additionally, eligible first-time homebuyers may qualify for down-payment assistance programs that help reduce the costs in securing a mortgage even further.

"When you buy a home at Capistrano, Laguna or Avalon you are purchasing a great house to start with, but right now Harmony Homes is offering incentives to help make the cost of the loan less and to help you personalize your new home exactly the way that you want to see it," Geoff Gorman, vice president of sales, said.

"The $15,000 worth of incentives at Laguna and Avalon and the $12,500 incentive at Capistrano can be used for a variety of things including choices through our design center, home mortgage costs, and buying down your interest rate. The choice is yours."

Gorman said that these incentives are especially impressive when considering the homes' prices, design and included features.

Priced from $125,990, the gated Capistrano neighborhood features two-story homes ranging from 1,462 to 1,783 square feet.

Avalon offers two-story homes from 1,577 to more than 2,000 square feet and priced from $139,990.

Homes at each neighborhood feature three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths, and two-car garages.

Avalon is highlighted by two-story residences ranging from 2,409 to 3,024 square feet and priced from $169,990. The homes feature as many as four bedrooms, 2½ baths, loft and several per-plan design options including as many as six bedrooms and a third-car garage.

"One of these programs is through the city of Las Vegas and the Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada, which offers up to $20,000 for down-payment assistance, and another is the WISH Program, which can triple the amount of qualified borrowers' down-payment of up to $15,000," Stewart said.
