Horizons Homes, a single-family, detached-home neighborhood in the southeastern area of the valley, is nearing closeout, according to sales agent Christine Hardwick.
“You get a great golf-course view and some of them also have city views from the second story,” she said. “This community is almost sold out. We only have 10 homes left and, because of that, we are ready to get those last 10 sold.”
Incentives include the Buyers Fund program. Formerly known as the Neighborhood Gold program, the builder may assist buyers with a downpayment with the use of the development’s preferred lender, according to Hardwick.
“A lot of people can afford the monthly mortgage, but have a hard time coming up with the down payment to buy. That doesn’t have to be a problem anymore with this program, especially for those with at least $2,000 earnest money to put down. Buyers can stop by our office and speak with us about loans. We also have Spanish-speaking lenders on site,” Hardwick said.
There are five floor plans, ranging from 1,115 to 1,420 square feet, with two to four bedrooms. The Dawn floor plan offers 1,115 square feet and two baths. The 1,420-square-foot Twilight is the largest plan and offers 2 1/2 baths. Prices start in the high $220,000s.
The kitchen has a refrigerator plumbed for an ice maker, standard white-on-white appliances and an energy-saving dishwasher. Exterior features include rear-yard walls, garage coach lights and lighted address numbers.
To visit, take Vegas Valley Drive east past Nellis Boulevard to Sloan Lane.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call 457-4663 or visit horizonhomesnv.com.
