Hyundai Accent from Centennial Hyundai

Alexandra and Justin Noel had heard a lot about the Hyundai over the years, so on Labor Day weekend, they purchased a 2014 Accent hatchback from Centennial Hyundai at 6200 Centennial Center Blvd. in the northwest valley.

With two children, 5 and 10, the couple was struggling with only one vehicle, so the Accent came at the right time considering that school was starting.

“I like the look of the hatchback and especially the fact that it looks sporty,” said Alexandra Noel, who, like her husband, is a native Las Vegan. “We looked at the fuel efficiency and the fact that the kids will be going to school at various locations around town, so we needed a car with really good gas mileage.”

The Accent came with an automatic transmission along with gray cloth interior, with cruise control, a four-cylinder engine and an impressive audio system.

“It has everything we need and a little more,” Alexandra said. “The main reason we bought it was the gas mileage.”

The Accent gets 32 to 38 miles to the gallon.

An aquatics specialist with Petco at Rainbow and Spring Mountain, Justin Noel will share in the driving duties.

“I like small vehicles, anyway,” he said. “This one is low to the ground, and I especially like the gas mileage.”

Equally as important for the growing family was Hyundai’s 10-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty along with the five-year, 60,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. The vehicle also came with a five-year, 60,000-mile roadside assistance plan that has no deductible or fees.

Centennial Hyundai is part of a locally owned operation that also includes Planet Hyundai Sahara at 7150 W. Sahara Ave. and the Planet Hyundai Used Car Superstore at 7100 W. Sahara Ave.
