Sales have accelerated to a "brisk" pace at the V at Lake Las Vegas condominium development since pricing incentives were put in place several weeks ago, sales manager Nicole Milner of Centex Destination Properties said.

Final closeout, limited-time pricing incentives were announced May 24 at a special event held in the recently completed clubhouse of V at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson. The gathering brought together Realtors and brokers as well as clients.
