Italian designs featured in Rhodes Homes

For residents of one Henderson master plan community, the stylings of Europe is available in one neighborhood.

"Homes in Pesaro start at just $254,990 for a 2,379-square-foot model, and go to just $284,990 for a 2,700-square-foot model. When you factor in the seller paid 3 percent closing costs included, that's about $104 per square foot, for a 2,700-square-foot single-story home," said Marietta Manayan, sales agent.

Tuscany Residential Village, inspired by the hillsides of Tuscany, is offering one of the Italian-themed collections' single-story designs with views of the valley and city lights.

Pesaro is one of Tuscany's collections and offers three single-story floor plans ranging from 2,379 to 2,700 square feet. Options including pot fillers in the kitchen, fireplaces in the great rooms and optional bedrooms with adjacent bath.

"The time has never been better to buy a new home at Tuscany," Manayan said. "For about the same price as a new home without a master plan, you get access to the entire community and all of its amenities."

Tuscany Residential Village offers residents exclusive access to a 35,000 square foot recreation center that includes indoor and outdoor activities. Tuscany also boasts miles of walking trails, a guard-gated entrance and an award-winning golf course.

"Combining a well-designed new home with a view of the city and valley at a fantastic price makes Tuscany the perfect place to call home," Manayan said.

"Current incentives are offered for a limited time and golf course home sites are selling quickly, so I encourage you to stop by soon and find out everything we have to offer at Pesaro and Tuscany," she said.

Among the designs at Pesaro is Residence 2700, named for its square footage. With four bedrooms included, residents can opt for fifth and sixth bedrooms with an additional bath. The formal dining room also can be converted to a den and a patio can be constructed off either the great room or master bedroom. The options join standard features such as great room, large two-level kitchen island, walk-in closet in a secondary bedroom and master suite with walk-in closet.

Tuscany has everything a busy family wants right outside their front doors, according to Manayan.

"And even though it is a guard-gated, master-planned community, there are no special fees outside of a very moderate monthly homeowner's association cost," she said.

Tuscany residents pay a monthly homeowners association fee of $140 per month and receive access to its recreation center, playgrounds, walking paths and common areas in addition to 50 channels of cable television.

Tuscany Residential Village is a master-planned community developed by longtime Las Vegas developer Rhodes Homes.

At its heart is La Vita Tuscana, a 35,000-square-foot recreation center that includes lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, full workout facility, aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.

Tuscany Golf Club is a 6,906-yard, par 72 course, designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr.

To visit the models at Zanetti in Tuscany Residential Village, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left.
