Italian designs featured in Rhodes Homes

For residents of one Henderson master plan community, the stylings of Europe is available in one neighborhood.

"Homes in Pesaro start at just $254,990 for a 2,379-square-foot model, and go to just $284,990 for a 2,700-square-foot model. Tuscany residents pay a monthly homeowners association fee of $140 per month and receive access to its recreation center, playgrounds, walking paths and common areas in addition to 50 channels of cable television.
