KB Home lowers prices
KB Home has lowered its prices in some of its neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, offering single-family homes starting in the $110,000s according to company officials.
KB Home is selling new homes in master-planned communities, including Providence, Mountain's Edge and Inspirada.
Each of these communities offers residents different amenities, including features such as community swimming pools, walking trails with mountain views and playgrounds.
Home shoppers who build will go through the Built to Order that gives options for homebuyers to choose the neighborhood, home site and interior design details.
KB Home homebuyers will work with a design consultant at the KB Home Studio, a retail-like showroom with interior and exterior design options. KB Home has also lowered prices on many of its design options, including flooring, cabinetry and lighting.
All new KB homes built in Las Vegas are Energy Star qualified and Energy Plus certified. An Energy Star qualified home is up to 45 percent more efficient than a home built as recently as the 1990s. An Energy Plus certified home is 15 percent more efficient. Am energy efficient home will allow homeowners to reduce their carbon footprint and monthly utility bills according to company officials.
KB Home was named to Fortune magazine's 2010 list of the world's most admired companies for the sixth consecutive year and ranked No. 1 for innovation among homebuilders.
