KB Home offers prize

During the Fourth of July holiday weekend, today through Monday, KB Home is featuring financial incentives.

It is also Las Vegas area home shoppers' last chance to enter to win a four-pack of tickets and soundcheck passes to pop sensation Justin Bieber's sold-out July 24 concert at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. Home shoppers can enter to win the tickets at any KB Home Las Vegas neighborhood.

"We're happy to be offering Vegas area residents one last opportunity to win their way into the sold-out Justin Bieber show later this summer," said Jim Widner, regional president for KB Home.

"This weekend only we also have special pricing offers on Built to Order (program) homes in and around Las Vegas, as well as a select number of homes ready for move-in."

Justin Bieber concert tickets and soundcheck passes are courtesy of 98.5 KLUC FM radio and there is a limit one entry per household per neighborhood.

All new KB homes built in Las Vegas are Energy Star-qualified, Energy Plus-certified and Built to Order program.

According to Widner, an Energy Star-qualified home is up to 45 percent more efficient than a home built as recently as 10 years ago and an Energy Plus-certified home is 15 percent more efficient. A new Energy Plus-certified home built by KB Home will allow homeowners to reduce their carbon footprint and monthly utility bills.

KB Home's Built to Order program allows homebuyers to chose their home site and select the interior design details.
