KB showcases Inspirada Henderson residences

KB Home is offering homes in the master-planned community of Inspirada in Henderson.

The builder recently introduced its Van Gogh collection, the first of several new ones planned for Inspirada.

The new designs from the collection feature single- and two-story homes as well as optional three-car garages.

The homes also have KB's flexible layouts, energy- and money-saving standard features and customizable interiors and exteriors.

This collection is part KB's Built to Order program, which allows homeowners to personally choose their designs available to suit the needs, wants and likes of their families.

It's designed to fit anyone's lifestyle and budget. Once homeowners have found their ideal floor plan and neighborhood, they can choose from a variety of design options at the KB Home Studio, a retail-like design center.

The Van Gogh collection at Inspirada offers one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,797 to 3,655 square feet. The homes have as many as six bedrooms and four baths and two- or three-car garages.

Interiors feature granite kitchen countertops, 9-foot ceilings throughout the first floor and master baths. Pricing starts in the high $100,000s.

Located near the Las Vegas Strip and a variety of city parks, Inspirada provides a blend of contemporary urban city with the leisure and relaxation of a suburban desert community.
