KB to unveil The Summit at Amado

The Summit at Amado by KB Home is Summerlin’s newest neighborhood. It is in the master-planned community’s The Mesa village in the southwest corner of the valley.

The neighborhood offers single-family, two-story homes priced at $249,990, $259,990 and $269,990. They measure 1,852, 2,055 and 2,256 square feet. All homes come with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, covered patio and a two-car garage.

Features include a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, cultured marble bath with twin vanities, second-floor laundry room, great room and a front porch.

Additional upgrades include 9-foot, first-floor ceilings, a third bath, as many as two additional bedrooms, den, loft and private covered balcony from the master bedroom suite. Aspiring chefs can enjoy a gourmet kitchen with a double oven and cooktop.

Homes also come with radiant-roof barrier and dual glazed low-e windows for energy efficiency

“The Summit at Amado is a great addition to The Mesa village,” said Danielle Bisterfeldt, Summerlin marketing director. “As a family-oriented village with great access to parks and schools in the popular southwest region of the valley, The Mesa continues to grow to meet the demand for families seeking to put down roots here. We are confident homebuyers will appreciate both the features that come standard as well as the homes’ many options and upgrades. Flexibility is key.”

This community’s residents share the neighborhood with The Mesa Park. The 19-acre expanse includes three Little League baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts, tot lot and picnic area. Also available are the community swimming pools and play area.

Nearby is the top-ranked private Bishop Gorman High School, as well as core neighborhood necessities including major grocery, apparel and home decorating retailers.

The Summit at Amado has access to the Las Vegas Beltway.

Homes are now selling. Grand opening festivities are slated for April 13. For more information, call 702-266-8590 or visit summerlin.com.
