Lennar celebrates 60 years with sales promotion

Lennar will celebrate its 60th birthday this year with a Move in or Miss Out Home sales event, which will run 60 days, throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

During this time, buyers can receive special financing until the end of April through Universal American Mortgage Co.

“Being that market rates for FHA (Federal Housing Administration) loans have been over 4 percent for the past year, the opportunity to take advantage of rates so low is incredible. The funds for this program are limited and won’t last long. It’s important that home shoppers act fast.” said Ashley Max, marketing manager.

Homes include features and upgrades at no extra cost. The builder’s Everything’s Included Package is based on surveys of hundreds of homeowners across the nation. Giving them specific insight into what today’s homebuyers want and need in their homes.

Lennar’s Everything’s Included Package features a General Electric kitchen appliance suite, upgraded 42-inch Timberlake maple cabinetry throughout the home, granite countertops, Nexia home automation, which is controllable with a smartphone, dual flush toilets, radiant barrier roof sheathing and low-e windows.

“No other lender or builder is offering this type of savings. The fact that Lennar is offering this special rate, at no additional cost to the homebuyer is the icing on the cake,” Max said.

Lennar’s 60th birthday celebration continues this weekend. For more information, visit a Welcome Home Center near you, call 877-204-4411 or visit lennar.com/LasVegas.
