Lennar extends ‘Everything Under the Sun’ sales event

Lennar has extended its "Everything Under the Sun" sales event through July 17.

"We are thrilled at the overwhelming response among savvy homebuyers, so why not extend this sale into July," said Joy Broddle, sales manager. "This event presents an incredible opportunity that anyone looking for a new home won't want to miss. These homes are not expected to last long."

Throughout the sales event, buyers can receive as much as $25,000 off the sales price of a home, and special financing through the builder's preferred lender, Universal American Mortgage Co.

Homebuyers can also receive $3,000 toward backyard landscaping on select homes, according to company officials.

On July 16 and 17 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Lennar will be hosting two grand-opening events at Mandolin in Mountain's Edge and Lexington Park. Treats will be provided.

These homes offer the latest in green technology, while saving homeowners money, according to Lennar. The homes offer low-energy dual-pane vinyl windows, low-VOC paint, radiant-barrier roof sheeting, improved insulation and dual-flush toilets.

The Lennar home automation system also comes as standard, where you can lock your doors, turn on lights and much more with a smartphone.
