Lennar features Now Summer Sales Event!

The New Homes Now Summer Sales Event! offered by Lennar Homes features financial incentives for all qualified homebuyers that purchase a brand-new, move-in ready home by July 31.

On July 6, Lennar announced $25,000 in savings for 25 days throughout July on all brand-new move-in ready homes across the Las Vegas Valley

"With prices starting in the low $100,000s, Lennar is presenting this wonderful combination of savings to make home ownership attainable for many Las Vegas families," said Roger Seaholm, director of sales for Lennar Las Vegas.

Most of these offers are available for a limited time. Financial incentives are being offered on all Lennar homes in Las Vegas, but homebuyers can save an additional $25,000 on select move-in ready homes throughout July.

"With these drastically reduced prices, and up to $25,000 in savings, the dream of home ownership can be a reality for many home shoppers this weekend," said Nick Parks, director of marketing for Lennar Las Vegas.

Lennar offers state-of-the-art amenities as standard including upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
