Lennar gives the extras at no added cost

Lennar’s new homes at Sedona in the southwest is part of the builder’s signature Everything’s Included program that provides upgraded features at no additional cost.

“We have truly included it all at Sedona and have made these homes essentially turnkey,” said Joy Broddle, Lennar Las Vegas sales director. “Our goal is to help our buyers save time and money so all they have to do is move in and start enjoying their highly upgraded new home.”

Some homes have downstairs bedrooms, lofts, master bedrooms and storage space.

Lennar also provides modern green technology, granite countertops, extra-tall maple cabinetry with upper crown molding, General Electric appliances, vented microwaves, double ovens, home automation, undermounted stainless steel sinks, garage door openers, ceiling fan prewiring, designer lighting packages, low-volatile organic compound paint and radiant-barrier roof sheathing.

Many of these homes are available for quick move in. There are six flexible floor plans to choose from, including the single–story home and Lennar’s Next Gen — the home within a home design. This unique plan offers a separate living space attached to the main home.

The two-story floor plans also provide options for a downstairs bedroom, downstairs master bedroom or dual masters.

Priced from the mid-$200,000s, Sedona offers homes ranging from 1,670 to 2,850 square feet of living space, as many as six bedrooms, two-car garages and pool-sized backyards.

Sedona is on Tropicana Avenue and Hualapai Way, within a private, gated community with a private splash pad and park.

“It is a perfect blend of distinctive floor plans, fantastic amenities and a prestigious location — these unique qualities have already gotten the attention of many people interested in living in the area,” Broddle said.
