Lennar Homes promotes Hampton Glen subdivision

Hampton Glen is Lennar's hidden gem at Providence, a new master-planned community in the northwestern La Vegas Valley, according to Vicki Zoot, director of marketing.

Priced from the $300,000s, the neighborhood offers four two-story, single-family homes, featuring from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet with two-car garages and covered porch entries.

The 1,660-square-foot, three-bedroom Sutton offers 2 1/2 baths, kitchen with pantry and under-stairwell storage within a great-room design. Design features include walk-in wardrobe closets in all bedrooms, including the master and laundry room adjacent to the upstairs bedrooms.

The Easton floor plan includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths.
