Lennar introduces two new single-family neighborhoods

Lennar will introduce two new single-family home neighborhoods this weekend in the Las Vegas Valley -- Mandolin at Mountain's Edge and The Willows in Henderson, with prices ranging from the low- to high-$100,000s.

"Today is an exciting day for Lennar," said Jeremy Parness, Lennar division president. "Today we are rolling out our finest new products in two great locations."

In the southwest, Mandolin represents Lennar's return to the master-planned community of Mountain's Edge. This collection of two-story, single-family homes is presented in four floor plan styles ranging from 1,277 to 1,657 square feet. Each plan includes up to four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, direct-access, one- or two-car garage and private front and rear yards.

A community pool and cabana also are offered for residents of Mountain's Edge.

Located near Sunset Road and Gibson Road in Henderson, The Willows presents four new single-family home ranging from 1,530 to 2,525 square feet with up to five bedrooms and up to four baths. There is easy access to the Galleria Mall, Sunset Station Casino, schools, shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities and entertainment.
