The collection of single-family homes at Monterey Ranch in Mountain’s Edge offer six styles ranging from 1,532 to 2,516 square feet. The single-story home measures 1,532 square feet and includes a private suite with its own separate entry and kitchenette as a part of Lennar’s Next Gen – The Home Within a Home.

The builder’s Everything’s Included homes come with modern features that are included in the purchase price sch as Energy Star certification, 2-inch faux wood blinds, washer and dryer, extra-tall raised-panel maple cabinets with crown molding, granite kitchen countertops, General Electric appliances that include a refrigerator and Nexia Home Automation.
