Lennar to open Sedona in October

This October, Lennar will introduce its Sedona community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

This neighborhood offers six brand-new floor plans. In addition, it is a part of Lennar's Everything's Included, a program that gives the homeowner features and upgrades that are included in the price of the home.

Sedona's plans include a single--story home and the builder's Next Gen design, which has been described as the home-within-a-home floor plan that offers a separate living space attached to the main home. In addition, a two-story floor plans provide options for a downstairs bedroom, downstairs master bedroom or dual master bedrooms.

Priced from the low $200,000s, Sedona will offer designs ranging from 1,670 to 2,652 square feet, as many as six bedrooms, two-car garages and pool-sized backyards.

The gated community is on Tropicana Avenue and Hualapai Way near Summerlin.

Residents will have exclusive access to a water splash pad, private park with play areas for children and walking trails.

These new homes come with green technology, granite countertops, tall maple cabinetry with crown molding, General Electric appliances, home automation, garage door openers, ceiling fan prewiring, designer lighting packages, low-volatile-organic-compounds paint, stainless steel sinks and rocker light switches. These features don't add additional costs for the homeowner.
