Lennar to wrap up year-end sales event this weekend
Lennar end its year-end sale this weekend. The promotion features special financing with no closing costs and reduced prices on the builder's new homes across the Las Vegas Valley.
"This is the last chance; people need to come in this weekend in order to get these incredible year-end deals and close before the holidays," said Brian Lashley, new-home consultant. "Imagine being able to save money and enjoy the holidays in your new home with family and friends. It's the perfect time to buy and we are motivated to help you move in right now."
Lennar's preferred lender, Universal Mortgage Co., offers special financing that includes a pick-your-payment option and dollar incentives on move-in ready homes. Homebuyers can get a loan with payments as low as $716, including principal, interest, taxes and insurance, for the first year, according to Lashley.
Lennar's move-in ready homes come equipped with Lennar's Everything's Included package that includes 2-inch faux wood blinds, four ceiling fans and Sherwin Williams interior paint.
Lennar's green technology suite helps to save money on energy bills, according to Lashley.
"Many other builders offer high-priced design studios for the extras, but at Lennar we have taken the guesswork out and have homes that are turn-key and ready for move-in," he said.
Lennar's green technology suite saves the average Lennar homeowner $1,078 on energy bills per year compared to a typical existing home, according to Lashley.
The Home Energy Rating Scale helps compare the energy efficiency scores of new and/or existing homes. A lower HERS score means less energy is needed to operate the home.
The average home in a Lennar Las Vegas community will have a score of about 67, whereas a typical existing home will carry a score of about 130.
"It's great Lennar homeowners can save almost $90 a month on energy bills with the green technology suite, and it's included at no extra cost," Lashley said.
Madison Grove is a community coming soon to Providence, a master-planned community in northwestern Las Vegas.
Lashley said the new neighborhood will offer a "never-before-seen" concept in new home design.
