Lennar touts designs at Canyon Springs

Lennar offers single-family home designs priced from the $200,000s at Canyon Springs in North Las Vegas.

"Our home buyers receive an incredible value at Canyon Springs," said sales agent Greg Kozlowicz, who, along with agent Linda Coleman, staffs the Welcome Home Center at the neighborhood.

Canyon Springs offers two single-story designs, the La Jolla with 1,905 square feet, and the Laguna with 2,201 square feet. Two-story floor plans include the Santa Clara with 2,714 square feet and the Beverly Hills with 3,128 square feet.

Every home offers stainless-steel appliances, including the refrigerator.

The homes also include as standard amenities raised-panel oak cabinetry, stainless-steel sink, granite kitchen countertops and an upgraded washer and dryer.

The main living area also includes an L-shaped media center that can serve as a computer station or home office.

The single-story Laguna totals 2,201 square feet. Design highlights of this four-bedroom home include both a great room and a separate formal living room with dining room.

The informal great room features a breakfast nook and island kitchen. Like the La Jolla, the Laguna has a private, separate master suite, a formal dining room and living room and an informal dining nook that anchors the great room and kitchen.

The Santa Clara design offers four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a three-car garage. Highlights include an informal dining nook backed by bay-windows, and a fireplace in the family room.

The Beverly Hills offers five bedrooms, plus a game loft with its own storage closet, a main-floor family room and 23/4 baths.

Canyon Springs is located at North 5th Street and Alexander Road in North Las Vegas. To visit the Welcome Home Center, take Interstate 15 north to Craig Road, exit west to North 5th Street, then south to Alexander.

Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
