Lennar will build across LV Valley
December 1, 2012 - 2:03 am
With housing inventory dwindling across the Las Vegas Valley, Lennar has homes available at several communities, including the new Sedona in the southwest and Ladera Terrace in Summerlin.
"Lennar is extremely thankful for being able to be a part of this fantastic community. We are very committed to the future of the city," said Jeremy Parness, division president. "Which is why in the next few years you will see many new Lennar communities opening around the valley."
The Sedona community is priced from the $200,000s and offers homes measuring 1,670 to 2,850 square feet with as many as six bedrooms, two-car garages and pool-sized backyards.
Sedona is directly across from Summerlin on Tropicana Avenue and Hualapai Way, and is situated within a private, gated community. It has a private splash pad and private park.
Ladera Terrace offers three floor plans that have room options and included features at no extra cost.
The community also features a residents-only pool, community park, play area, nearby schools and pool-size homesites.
Lennar's homes are all Energy Star certified. In addition, they include a warranty program at no extra cost. Some of the home warranties extend for as long as 10 years.
Lennar's customer care team will schedule home visits 30, 60 and 330 days after a home is purchased to make sure owners are getting the most out of their warranty, Parness said.
Lennar homeowners can place customer care requests easily online, and all requests are answered within 24 hours on business days, so buyers can have complete peace of mind this holiday season, he said.
