Lennar wins Silver Nugget awards

Lennar was awarded two awards at the March 29 Silver Nugget Awards hosted by the Las Vegas Review Journal.

The winner of the Best Single-Family Home was the Juniper Residence at the gated community of Desert Foothills, at Fort Apache and Warm Springs roads. The Juniper encompasses 2,540 square feet, featuring a downstairs master bedroom, equipped with a washer and dryer. Desert Foothills presents residents with five new floor plans ranging from 1,670 to 2,713 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two-car garages, extensive lofts, open floor plans with kitchens and large backyards.
