Local loves her Hyundai Sonata

Southern Nevada real estate agent Susan Greiner is the proud owner of a 2011 Hyundai Sonata she purchased recently from Planet Hyundai Centennial in the northwest valley.

The native of Los Angeles who has lived in Las Vegas for three years speaks highly of the sales experience and is equally pleased with the service department of the dealership situated at 6200 Centennial Center Blvd.

"My service writer Chuck Zemek is fabulous," said Greiner. "I don't worry about my car at all. I just do what he tells me to do. I trust the people here and will always follow their advice to a T."

In a very short period of time, she said Hyundai has proven to not only have a strongly valued sales product but also excellent service through Planet Hyundai, when needed.

"I have a circle of people that I count on in my life and the service department at Planet Hyundai is among the people I count on," Greiner said. "I haven't had anything go wrong with my car, but it's good to know that the people at this dealership are here if I need them."

Greiner also praised the shuttle service provided when her car is in the service department.

"In addition, the dealership also provided me with a loaner car the last time I was here," she said. "I work at home a lot as a real estate agent, so I need to be there as much as possible. When I need transportation or a ride home, I'm always provided that service."

Greiner said she chose the Hyundai Sonata because of the warranty offered by the company.

"The 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty is unbeatable," she said. "And besides, the car drives beautifully. I cannot imagine a better features package than the one I received at Planet Hyundai."

Greiner said the Hyundai is a great vehicle, especially in the real estate business.

"The Sonata has terrific leg room," she explained. "Everyone loves the car. The drive is very nice; no matter the traffic or the weather. I feel good when I have a client with me in my Sonata."

Interestingly, Greiner's husband, Alex, spent more than 30 years in the car business working in several positions, so he is familiar with the vehicles now available.

"Alex's opinion was very important to me when I bought the Sonata," said Greiner. "He told me that Hyundai has come a long way with everything from the warranty to the drive and I value his opinion."
