Man allegedly strangles 4 puppies and beheads girlfriend’s favorite

A Louisiana man stands accused of suffocating four puppies and cutting off the head of one of them, his girlfriend’s favorite. Accounts of how 53-year-old Richey Kiffe allegedly killed four of his girlfriend`s baby Chihuahuas are disturbing.

“Cut the head off and just left it. Right there for her to see,” says the next door neighbor who asked we only use his first name, Jim. “He strangles the rest of them and put it in a bag and slid it under the couch.”

Jim says the puppy’s owner came over to avoid a fight with Kiffe, but when he didn`t respond to a text, she went back to her house where the frightening discovery was waiting at the door.

“Boom, looking at you right there,” says Jim. “A little puppy head about that big, dude. The head, it was clean cut, washed, everything. That`s what starts off serial killers.”

When police arrested Kiffe he first told them he was sleeping and didn’t know anything, but later admitted he was drunk.

Kiffe is charged with four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.

“The head that he cut off was the only puppy that she wanted,” says Jim.
