McGovern to sign books

  George S. McGovern, a former U.S. representative, senator and presidential nominee, will be in town Wednesday to discuss his new book.
  McGovern will be available to sign copies of his book, “Abraham Lincoln,” and offer insight into the life of the 16th president.
  The event will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, at the Springs Preserve, 333 S. Valley View Blvd.
  The book event is free and open to the public.
