‘MINDFREAK’ ANGEL TO ATTEMPT STUNT AGAIN SUNDAY AT SILVERTON
Illusionist Criss Angel returns to Silverton Casino Lodge on Sunday to attempt a Houdini-styled escape — one which he was forced to abandon on a prior attempt this year — while submerged underwater in the resort’s 117,000-gallon aquarium.
The "Mindfreak" star will make a second attempt at the escape at 5 p.m. in the aquarium. In March, Angel was forced to halt the escape when he nearly failed to break free from handcuffs, metal chains and foot restraints while stuck at the bottom of the aquarium.
Angel only received minor cuts in his first attempt at the escape.
