Mira Villa and golf go together

Mira Villa, a new Summerlin condominium complex, announced today that it has partnered with three neighboring properties to provide homeowners with preferred privileges.

Next month, the project will reopen for sales and will unveil a preferred-amenity package with neighboring JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa; as well as two award-winning golf courses, TPC Las Vegas and Angel Park Golf Club. These three partners will offer privileges, including discounts and services.

Residences include private elevators with direct access to each home and covered terraces. Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, multiple private hot tubs and fitness facility. Prices start in the low $500,000s.

JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa features 54 acres of landscaped grounds, including a resort pool complete with waterfalls and whirlpools. The resort is home to the 40,000-square-foot Aquae Sulis Spa.

Mira Villa is nestled between TPC Las Vegas and Angel Park Golf Club, which, combined, offer 54 holes of championship golf.
