Mira Villa styles vary

The homeowners at Mira Villa in Summerlin are as diverse and stylish as Las Vegas itself. The luxury condominium community is enticing to people of sophisticated, yet differing styles and tastes, who share the common thread of pursuing their lives with passion and vision.

"It's evidenced by the design of their homes," says Cherie LaRose DeLisle, founder of the Las Vegas and Santa Barbara-based interior design firm, Cherie's Design. "I've completed three interior design projects at Mira Villa and am currently working on another three; each is completely in its own realm of design, and all are amazing in and of themselves. My clients at Mira Villa approach these spacious condominiums as blank canvases to create living spaces unique to their personalities, character and lifestyle."

DeLisle is a certified interior designer with more than 18 years of experience in hospitality, residential and commercial interior design. She says that the designs at Mira Villa vary from "conservative contemporary" to "casino-influenced." Many are playful in their decor or draw on the age and active lifestyles of their owners.

"My Mira Villa clients know what they want. One home is a sanctuary -- a welcoming, relaxing retreat from a demanding career; another is laid out with guests' entertainment in mind; another draws on many of the design elements used in Red Rock Casino, giving it a definitive Las Vegas feel. Many of the condominiums have outstanding nighttime views of the Las Vegas Strip -- a play of light sparkling in the distance that is truly beautiful. In the daytime, the surrounding golf courses, framed by the Red Rock Mountains, create a feeling of open space. Both views draw the outside in nicely."

DeLisle's experience with Mira Villa started with a single owner who hired her to design the interior of their home and since she's continued to be referred to other owners. She notes that if she begins consulting with new owners when their home goes into escrow, she can usually have their interior projects completed two to three months after closing.

"This is a very special place, attracting buyers who know what they want. They typically have their own design palate and vision in mind and hire me to implement it, knowing that the finished design will be to their expectations without the hassle of doing it themselves," DeLisle adds.

Mira Villa is a gated, luxury condominium community located 15 minutes from the Strip in the heart of Summerlin, a 22,500-acre master-planned community renowned for its cultural offerings, championship golf courses, parks and trail system, excellent schools and access to Summerlin Parkway and Interstate 15.

Mira Villa overlooks TPC Las Vegas and Angel Park golf courses in Canyons Village. It is near shopping, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, the Academy of Nevada Ballet Theatre, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and casinos.

The community comprises 21 midrise buildings constructed of concrete and steel with emphasis on sound abatement and state-of-the-art fire-protection.

Amenities include panoramic golf-front, city, mountain and Las Vegas Strip views. The community also offers well-designed floor plans, expansive private terraces, private two-car garages, private elevators, pool, spa, fitness center and outdoor barbecue areas.

A relationship with JW Marriott allows owners to take advantage of discounted spa and salon treatments, nightly room rates, discounted food and beverages, complimentary shuttle service to the resort and golf concierge, in-home catering service, in-home housekeeping services, and pool memberships and day rates.

Additionally, Mira Villa owners benefit from a relationship with TPC Las Vegas, which includes discounted rounds of golf and other amenities.
