Monterey at Las Vegas Country Club has fall scenery

The weather during this time of year is inviting residents of the Monterey at Las Vegas Country Club condominium neighborhood to take advantage of the development's amenities and the country club's mature landscape setting.

"I particularly love the fall season at Monterey. The weather is cooler and you can comfortably head outdoors to enjoy walks under the canopy of mature trees with leaves changing color. Or, you can take in the beautiful landscape and the scent of blossoming jasmine while watching the action on a world-renowned golf course," sales agent Amy Tabor said.

"Many people have described Monterey as being located within a private park-like setting, just steps away from the bustling Strip. Miles of passageways highlight the Las Vegas Country Club and provide Monterey residents opportunities for leisurely walks and jogging. Residents can be found relaxing and socializing at our many picnic areas where the delicious smell of barbecue fills the air," Tabor said.

Homeowners of the Monterey community, which is located just east of the Strip, have access to private resort-style amenities as well. There are five heated swimming pools and hot tubs.

"This is the time of year when some of our part-time residents return to their homes in Monterey after a summer of traveling. You will often see residents relaxing on their private patios or balconies while enjoying the views of the golf course fairways and water features," Tabor said. "The fall is a great time for residents to take pleasure in the great outdoors of Monterey."

Studio, one- and two-bedroom single-level homes as well as two-story townhomes are available in 27 different floor plan variations. Floor plans measure from 624 to 1,600 square feet and are priced from $99,000.

Architectural highlights may include a private patio or balcony, oversized walk-in closet, formal entry, built-in bookshelves and floor-to-ceiling fireplaces. Some homes are available for immediate move-ins. A furniture package program is a popular design option among buyers.

"Monterey is just a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind hidden gem. The location is priceless. It's an oasis in the desert," Tabor said.

To visit Monterey from the Las Vegas Strip, take Sahara Avenue east. Turn right on Paradise Road and left on Karen Avenue. Enter the community through the Las Vegas Country Club Estates gate on Karen Avenue, located between Paradise Road and Maryland Parkway. The guard-gated attendant will direct you to the sales center. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
