MORNING LINE: Hey, look, another lawsuit alleging fraudulent LV real estate project

  A pair of high-profile Sarasota, Fla., residents , David S. Band and Stanley Kane, are among the busload of people civilly accused of fraud, money laundering and other acts in connection with the Las Vegas Cay Club development, according to the Sarasota Herald Tribune.
  The case is filed in Nevada U.S. District Court.
