    You’ve waited 17 years and now you don’t have to wait any longer — even if the folks at Best Buy want you to think that isn’t the case.
    Guns N’ Roses’ ridiculously long-anticipated new album “Chinese Democracy,” which is being advertised as a Best Buy exclusive that goes on sale this Sunday, is now available at Zia Records (4225 S. Eastern Ave. and 4503 W. Sahara. Ave.)
    That’s right, you can get the disc days before it’s being made readily available at Best Buys everywhere.
