MUSIC: U2 to play Vegas on summer stadium tour

Though a date or venue hasn’t been confirmed yet, look for U2 to play Vegas this September or October.
According to a story on Billboard.com, the band’s summer stadium “360” tour will hit Sin City as one of 13 U.S. cities that the veteran rockers will visit in support of the first round of dates promoting their recently released new album, “No Line On The Horizon.”
Confirmed opening acts on the tour thus far include Glasvegas, Elbow, Kaiser Chiefs, Black Eyed Peas and Snowpatrol, with more bands to be named, though there is no word yet on who will be supporting U2 here.
Check back here for more details as they emerge.
