New neighborhoods aim for affordable comfort

When you think about it, your sense of “coming home” — whether from a journey or a day at the office — begins long before you reach your front door, or even your neighborhood. There’s that intangible moment when you reach familiar surroundings and sense belonging.

That’s the comfortable feeling Mountain Falls hopes to deliver.

William Lyon Homes is offering homes in two all-single-story Mountain Falls neighborhoods of Series I at Entrata, and Series II at Tivoli. Mountain Falls is 45 miles west of Las Vegas, in the shadow of Mount Charleston.

“Some people prefer to leave both the rush and the city behind,” Mountain Falls sales representative Deborah Davis said. “Mountain Falls was created in large part for those who recognize that a place of natural beauty and open space is important to finding balance in their life. It’s not always easy to ‘recharge’ yourself when there’s no buffer between your home and the rest of the world.”

William Lyon Homes is offering these two series of homes at prices starting from $145,000.

Series I at Entrata, priced from $145,000, offers four single-story designs from 1,514 to 2,102 square feet, with three bedrooms, two baths and two-car garages. Standard features include 9-foot ceilings with dramatic windows, kitchens with generous pantries and island workstations.

Series II at Tivoli, with homes priced from $216,000, features four one-story floor plans from 2,055 to 2,741 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths, all with three-car garages.

The homes feature slab-granite kitchen countertops, recessed lighting, garden tubs and multiple water- and energy-saving features.

Complementing both neighborhoods are miles of green, tree-lined avenues and the Mountain Falls championship golf course. William Lyon Homes is offering a voucher for one round of golf at Mountain Falls Golf Club, along with one lunch and beverage at The Grill Room to all people who tour these models.

To visit the Series I and Series II homes in Mountain Falls, take Blue Diamond Road west approximately 45 minutes. Before reaching Pahrump, turn left on Manse Road. Then right on Hafen Ranch, and left on Lakeview.

The on-site information center and model homes are open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. daily, except Mondays, when they open at 1 p.m.
