Pardee’s LivingSmart Homes Providence in the northwest Las Vegas master-planned community features new designs.
“Pardee Homes has been building homes and communities in Southern Nevada for 60 years, including the master-planned communities of Spring Valley, Nevada Trails, Rancho Las Palmas and Eldorado,” said Rob Tuvell, Pardee regional sales director. “And we’re proud to be a part of Providence with our exclusive LivingSmart brand.”
The community is a collection of one- and two-story floor plans with great and bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and an outdoor room option.
Prices start from $217,490, and homes range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet.
Floor plans include the single-story Plan One, which measures 1,849 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den, great room and a two-car garage.
Plan Two measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, open kitchen, and two-car garage with optional third bay or workshop in a two-story design.
The two-story Plan Three measures 2,523 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great and dining rooms, loft and three-car garage.
Plan Four measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, extra-large bonus room, living and game rooms and three-car garage.
It can be built with an optional patio/outdoor room with a 12-foot glider package that allows the room to open to the outside.
Other optional features include a den instead of the living room and optional two additional bedrooms and fourth bath instead of the game room.
LivingSmart Homes Providence is located off the Las Vegas Beltway at Ann Road. Exit the Beltway at Ann and travel west. Turn right onto Shaumber Road and follow it to Centennial Parkway, and turn left. The entrance is ahead on the right.
Pardee’s exclusive LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, Tuvell said.
Through two new programs, Pardee is helping homebuyers.
Offered exclusively for Pardee homebuyers in this market, Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer’s existing home for as long as three years.
Through Pardee’s Homeward Bound program, prospective buyers receive expert assistance on credit issues that can affect home loan availability.
Pardee has built homes for more than 40,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.
