Pardee doubles Lake Las Vegas homes

Earlier this year, Pardee Homes doubled its collection of new home offerings at Lake Las Vegas Resort with the opening of Tremezzo, an exclusive neighborhood of Italian-inspired hilltop homes.

Tremezzo joins Pardee Homes' Bella Fiore at Lake Las Vegas, which opened in fall 2005, and is located off The Falls Golf Course near the resort's main entrance.

The guard-gated Tremezzo offers single-family homes ranging from 3,168 to 4,320 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 21/2 to five baths and up to three-car garages.

With Tuscan, Andalusian and Italian Hilltop designs, one- and two-story homes include features such as interior courtyards and a second-story club room in the Residence Two-X. Prices start from about $860,000.

Residence One measures 3,168 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, two baths, plus a powder room and two-car garage, plus swing garage. The home's optional features allow for additional customization, including selections for a fourth bedroom, theater, den and office.

Residence Two measures 3,310 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, three baths, plus a powder room, office and three-car tandem garage.

The home also has a front-entrance portico, large interior courtyard and a great room. The home can be built with an optional fourth bedroom and bath, optional office with bath or optional theater room.

The Residence Two-X adds a second-floor club room or optional fifth bedroom and bath and measures 3,726 square feet.

Residence Three measures 4,320 square feet with three bedrooms, four baths and one powder room, casita, bonus room and three-car tandem garage. The casita can be built as an optional theater room.

Bella Fiore's five floor plans range from 2,822 to 4,376 square feet and features amenities such as interior courtyards with optional fireplaces, plus home offices and an optional casita.

Bella Fiore designs have earned gold and silver awards from Pacific Coast Builders Conference, Best in American Living and The Nationals. Prices at $767,950.

Pardee is offering an introductory country club membership to home buyers at Tremezzo and Bella Fiore, according to Pardee Homes' regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

Offered through The Club at Lake Las Vegas, Silver memberships include access to swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, concierge service and limited golf at The Falls, designed by Tom Weiskopf, or the Jack Nicklaus-designed Reflection Bay golf courses, as well as the new Rainbow Canyon course designed by Tom Fazio that is set to open in 2008.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway. Continue east on Lake Mead Parkway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the signs.
