Pardee features Riverstone and Solstice in North Las Vegas

Pardee Homes, the developer of the master-planned Eldorado community in North Las Vegas, offers Riverstone and Solstice in North Las Vegas.

Located at the northeastern corner of Grand Teton Drive and San Mateo Street, north of Interstate 215, Riverstone features a collection of single- and two-story homes with as many as five bedrooms that start from $169,950.

The newly introduced Plan Five at Riverstone measures 2,692 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room and three-car garage. The Plan Five X measures 2,980 square feet with as many as six bedrooms.

The four additional floor plans at Riverstone range from 1,596 to 2,617 square feet. The floor plans offer amenities such as kitchen islands with seating, great rooms, bonus rooms and personal options for fireplaces and master bedroom retreats.

Riverstone is the final neighborhood planned for Pardee Homes' Prescott Park master-planned community, which is centered around a 4.5-acre community park that features a tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure. It is available exclusively to Prescott Park's residents and their guests.

The community features five floor plan designs and prices from $233,450.

The Solstice floor plans range from 2,337 to 3,959 square feet with features including expanded three-car garages, bonus rooms, loft, optional office/library configuration, island kitchens, separate living and dining areas and up to seven bedrooms.

Riverstone and Solstice feature the builder's LivingSmart brand that offers standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.

Also adding to the value of a home at Solstice or Riverstone is Pardee Homes' New Standard program with granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances included as standard.
