Pardee Homes adds Tremezzo to Lake Las Vegas hilltop collection

Pardee Homes opened Tremezzo, an exclusive collection of Italian-inspired hilltop homes overlooking Lake Las Vegas, in late March.

It's the second project at the resort community for the home builder, which opened Bella Fiore there in October 2005.

The guard-gated neighborhood of Tremezzo offers homes ranging from 3,168 to 4,320 square feet.

With Tuscan, Andalusian and Italian Hilltop designs, one- and two-story homes feature interior courtyards and a second-story club room on the Plan Two X.

Four floor plans include three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to five baths and up to three-car garages, with prices starting from about $1.2 million.

The Bella Fiore gated neighborhood is located alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance. Prices range from $767,950 to $885,950.

"Bella Fiore's five floor plans blend with the overall Lake Las Vegas community with Mediterranean and Tuscan design influences," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

Floor plans range in size from 2,822 to 4,376 square feet and feature amenities such as interior courtyards with optional fireplaces, plus home offices and an optional casita.

Pardee provides initial membership for The Club at Lake Las Vegas to home buyers.

The country club's silver membership includes access to swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, concierge service and limited golf at The Falls, Reflection Bay and the new Rainbow Canyon (which is set to open in 2008) courses.

"Lake Las Vegas residents enjoy other community amenities such as the lake and marina, pedestrian shopping village, restaurants, concerts and much more," Tuvell said. "It is a desert oasis for residents and visitors alike."

Lake Las Vegas is situated on a privately owned 320-acre lake, 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.

The 3,592-acre resort community has a variety of residential offerings, hotel-casinos, three golf courses, full-service marinas, water's edge restaurants, cafes and boutiques.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway. Continue east on Lake Mead Parkway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the signs.

The model parks are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
