Pardee Homes gives information on down payment programs

Pardee Homes is highlighting the Nevada Housing Division’s Home is Possible program, which aims to help would-be homebuyers with down payment assistance.

“The down payment can be a significant obstacle for many potential homebuyers and through the Home is Possible program, qualified buyers in Clark County may be eligible for a down payment grant of up to 4 percent of the mortgage amount to assist with down payment and closing costs, along with a competitive fixed mortgage rate,” said Pardee Homes Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.

Pardee Homes’ has a variety of move-in-ready homes that are priced under the Home is Possible program limit of $400,000, including homes at Summerglen in the southwest valley, LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge and LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Heights in Pardee’s Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas and LivingSmart Sandstone, across from Eldorado.
