Pardee Homes is offering upgraded luxury homes for immediate move-in at the gated Bella Fiore neighborhood on The Falls Golf Course at Lake Las Vegas Resort, according to Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

"This is an award-winning floor plan in a premier location at a very attractive price," Tuvell said. Located on a large cul-de-sac golf course home site, the Plan One is priced at about $595,650.
