Pardee launches new communities

Pardee Homes' newest Southern Nevada communities feature its LivingSmart brand, and include LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge in the Eldorado master-planned community of North Las Vegas and LivingSmart Homes Providence in the Providence master-planned community in northwest Las Vegas.

The two communities feature the same collection of one- and two-story floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet with such features as great rooms, bonus rooms, as many as many seven bedrooms and a unique outdoor room option.

Plan One and Three are modeled at LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge while Plan Two and Four are modeled at LivingSmart Homes Providence.

Prices start from the low $200,000s at both communities.

The single-story Plan One measures 1,849 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den, great room and two-car garage.

Plan Two measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, spacious kitchen, and two-car garage with optional third-bay or workshop in a two-story design.

The two-story Plan Three measures 2,523 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, dining room, loft and three-car garage.

Plan Four measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, extra-large bonus room, living room, game room and three-car garage. It can be built with an optional patio/outdoor room with a unique 12-foot glider package that allows the room to open to the outside. Other optional features include a den instead of the living room and optional sixth and seventh bedroom and fourth bath instead of the game room.

LivingSmart Homes Providence is located off the Las Vegas Beltway at Ann Road. Exit the Beltway at Ann Road and travel west. Turn right onto Shaumber Road and follow to Centennial Parkway and turn left. The entrance is ahead on the right.

The gated LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge neighborhood is within the Eldorado master-planned community and can be accessed from the Las Vegas Beltway at Aliante Parkway. Exit the Beltway at Aliante Parkway and travel south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and travel east to Gentle Brook Street. The neighborhood is on the southeast corner of Deer Springs and Gentle Brook.

Pardee's LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes. LivingSmart provides more than 30 Earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-home buyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers, company officials said.

Pardee also includes slab-granite kitchen countertops, radiant-roof barrier, stainless steel appliances and birch cabinets as standard features at LivingSmart Homes Providence and Eldorado Ridge.
