Pardee Homes is offering its final homes for sale at its Solstice at Aliante neighborhood in North Las Vegas, with a limited number of move-in ready homes available.

Measuring 3,643 square feet, the move-in ready Residence 3-C at Solstice is priced at $305,250 and has four bedrooms, 2½ baths, den/office, bonus room, hobby room and three-car garage. Situated on a large corner homesite, the home features low-emissivity windows, radiant barrier and buyer's selection of flooring.

Another move-in-ready Solstice home is a Residence 4-B that is priced at $337,125 and has six bedrooms, four baths, loft and three-car garage. To reach the gated Solstice neighborhood via the Las Vegas Beltway, exit at Aliante Parkway and travel south. Turn left on to Nature Park Drive and follow the signs to the community.

Pardee offers two new programs to help homeowners.

The company's Homeward Bound program provides expert assistance to prospective buyers on credit issues that can affect home loan availability.

Its Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer's existing home for as long as three years.
