Pardee releases homes at Tamarind subdivision

Pardee Homes has released four professionally decorated and landscaped model homes at its Tamarind neighborhood in Eldorado Highlands.

Tamarind's prairie-style Plan One is a two-bedroom, single-story home with home office and two baths in 1,914 square feet of living space with three-car garage.

The 2,349-square-foot, single-story Plan Two features a Spanish exterior and four bedrooms, three baths, den and two-car garage.

The two-story mission-style Plan Three is a four-bedroom, three-bath design of 2,675 square feet with master suite deck and expanded two-car garage.

Plan Four is a two-story prairie-style home of four bedrooms, master suite deck, three baths, den and loft in 2,959 square feet with three-car garage.

The Eldorado community includes a fire station, an elementary school named in honor of the late Pardee executive Lee Antonello, the adjacent Eldorado Park, and the 23-acre Seastrand Park, both donated by the builder to the city of North Las Vegas.

To visit from Craig Road, travel north on Camino Al Norte until it becomes Camino Eldorado, and proceed northwest to Tamarind.
