Pardee to hold grand opening for Sandstone

Pardee Homes’ newest neighborhood will debut June 8. It will be adjacent to the builder’s Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

LivingSmart Homes Sandstone is a collection of three two-story plans that range from 1,852 to 2,432 square feet. Prices are anticipated to start from the low $200,000s.

“Pardee Homes opened its first neighborhood in Eldorado in April 1990, and 23 years later we are excited to again offer new homes in the area with our collection of LivingSmart Homes at Sandstone, said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director, Pardee Homes.

LivingSmart Homes Sandstone Plan One measures 1,852 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage; while Plan Two measures 2,250 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a loft and two-car garage. It can be built with an optional fifth bedroom instead of the loft, or an optional den instead of the fourth bedroom.

LivingSmart Homes Sandstone Plan Three measures 2,432 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, loft and two-car garage. The home can be built with an optional retreat instead of the fourth bedroom.

The neighborhood is a part of Pardee Homes’ exclusive LivingSmart brand with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, Tuvell said.

LivingSmart provides more than 30 Earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-home buyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers, according to Tuvell.

Located at the southwest corner of Ann Road and Camino al Norte, just south of Eldorado, LivingSmart Homes Sandstone is near shopping, schools, recreation. In addition, it offers access to two primary commuter routes — Interstate 15 and the Las Vegas Beltway.

Pardee offers two new gated neighborhoods within Eldorado.

Eldorado Heights features seven new floor plans that range from 2,385 to 4,241 square feet. Prices start from the high $200,000s.

LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge features four floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$200,000s.

All Pardee Homes sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.
