Pardee unveils new plans

Pardee Homes has introduced two new floor plans at Riverstone at Prescott Park in North Las Vegas, where the collection of six floor plans range from 1,596 to 2,890 square feet.

Located at the northeast corner of Grand Teton Drive and San Mateo Street, north of the Las Vegas Beltway, Riverstone features a collection of single-and two-story homes with as many as six bedrooms with features such as kitchen islands with seating, great rooms, bonus rooms and personal options for fireplaces and master bedroom retreats. Homes start in price from $169,950.

The newly introduced Plan Five at Riverstone measures 2,692 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room and three-car garage. The home features a downstairs bedroom or optional den and optional bonus room in lieu of bedroom five. It is priced from $236,950.

The Plan Five X at Riverstone measures 2,980 square feet with as many as six bedrooms, three baths and three-car garage. The home can be built with an optional playroom or sixth bedroom, as well as optional fifth bedroom or bonus room and is priced from $245,950.

Additional floor plans at Riverstone include the single-story Plan One that measures 1,596 square feet with as many as four bedrooms, two baths and two-car garage.

Plan Two measures 1,996 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, den, great room and two-car garage.

Riverstone Plan Three measures 2,467 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and two-car garage or bonus room option that increases the floor plan to 2,664 square feet.

The Plan Four measures 2,617 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room and three-car garage.

Riverstone is the final neighborhood planned for Pardee Homes' Prescott Park planned community, which is centered around a 4.5-acre community park that features a tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure. It is available exclusively to Prescott Park's residents and their guests.

Riverstone features the builder's LivingSmart brand that offers standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to company officials.

Also adding to the value of a home at Riverstone is Pardee Homes' New Standard program with granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances included as standard in the price of the home.
