Pardee’s Montclaire features new designs
Pardee Homes' gated Montclaire neighborhood in Henderson features seven floor plans, including three that can be built with as many as six bedrooms in a location near established retail shopping, restaurants, schools, houses of worship and medical facilities, including the Siena Campus at St. Rose Dominican Hospital.
The newly added Montclaire Plan Six measures 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms, four baths, great room, dining room, loft, library and three-car garage that is priced from $362,450.
"Montclaire's residents enjoy the benefit of being close to many established services," said Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell. "And now with a collection of homes that range from a single-story plan with three bedrooms, two baths and a den to two six bedroom floor plans, Montclaire offers homes for a wide variety of buyers with prices starting from the $270,000s."
According to Tuvell, a select number of homes are currently under construction with completion scheduled in August, including a Plan 4-C with five bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage and bonus room in 3,643 square feet. It is priced at $368,375.
Also scheduled for August completion, is a single-story Plan 1-C, which measures 2,368 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, three-car garage and den that is priced at $284,175.
A Montclaire Plan 6-D that measures 3,959 square feet with five bedrooms, four baths, three-car garage, loft, library and a guest suite with wet bar is scheduled for August completion. It is priced at $380,875.
Montclaire Plan One measures 2,368 square feet in a single-story design with a three-car garage, three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom.
Plan Two can be built with as many as six bedrooms and three baths and measures 2,789 square feet in a two-story design with a three-car tandem garage.
Montclaire Plan Three measures at least 3,380 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths and two-car garage in a two-story design.
The home can be built with an optional fourth bedroom suite with bath and an optional media room/optional fifth bedroom and loft or bath in lieu of the standard bonus room.
Montclaire Plan Four measures 3,643 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and 2½ baths. The two-story home has a three-car garage, laundry/hobby room or optional four-car tandem garage, bonus room and den or optional fifth bedroom.
Plan Five at Montclaire is available in two versions -- Five and 5-X. Plan Five measures 3,449 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, library and loft.
Plan 5-X measures 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms and as many as four baths, loft and library plus three-car garage.
All of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand. LivingSmart provides standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and use recycled or sustainable resources.
To reach Montclaire, take Eastern Avenue south of St. Rose Parkway and turn right on Horizon Ridge Parkway. Follow Horizon Ridge west, then turn left on Jeffreys Street. The entrance is ahead on the left.
