Pardee’s Springdale homes at Aliante master plan designed for entertaining

Homes in the Springdale neighborhood at Aliante are designed to accommodate families who enjoy entertaining in style, according to Pardee Homes regional sales Director Rob Tuvell.

Through June 30, Pardee is featuring its Ready Set Save promotion, highlighting a selection of move-in ready homes -- including homes at Springdale -- each offering upgrades , in addition to reduced prices and special financing.

The one- and two-story homes include central and side courtyards and offer such options as dens, wet bars, casitas, lofts, depending on the plan selected.

Family oriented floor plans feature up to five bedrooms, two to 3 1/2 baths, two- and three-car garages. The designs range from 1,990 to 3,314 square feet. Springdale is also a Pardee Homes LivingSmart neighborhood.

Environmentally sensitive features and options in the LivingSmart program fall under the categories of EarthSmart, EnergySmart, HealthSmart and WaterSmart.

Springdale and Pardee Homes' Autumn Ridge neighborhoods are located just off of Aliante Parkway near the Aliante Information Center and Nature Discovery Park.

All Pardee Homes sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
