Photo released of deputy marshal wounded in courthouse attack
The Las Vegas office of the U.S. Marshals Service has released a photograph of Deputy U.S. Marshal Richard J. Gardner, who was wounded in Monday's deadly attack at the Lloyd D. George U.S. District Courthouse.
Gardner, 48, has been released from a local hospital. He is a 24-year veteran of the Marshals Service with 16 years in Las Vegas.
